blog week 13 . chapter 7 . text response . ( what Americans owes it is illegal )
About $5000 fine undocumented immigrants will have to pay to gain citizenship under the new immigration bills . What do immigrants do in this country ? They have been mowing the grass , cleaning the offices , picking the tomatoes , hammering the nails . How much we owe our undocumented immigrant workers . They do not enjoy the benefits of old age in America . Undocumented immigrants annually pay as estimated $ 7 billion more than they take out into social security and 1.5 billion more into medicare . Also what can immigrants do if she or he injures at work ? Death rates for Latino workers have risen over the past decade . Some people are against those people . Undocumented immigrants accept to work jobs that Americans refuse to do . People who are against those undocumented immigrants do not know how much we do need them for the following reasons .
First , they do dangerous jobs , they accept low wages , they have no insurance , no benefits . We need the best for them so , the writer is calling the responsible people to give those immigrants some of the rights that most Americans have . In this way we can protect their lives when they do hard and dangerous jobs . As Americans are lazy to do some of the jobs that the immigrants try to do their best to do it .

blog week 11 ( text response ) chapter seven ) letter to the editor . Response to the ethanol scam .
There an argument in this article as the editor is against using corn product and another person is with using corn product . The need for ethanol and other renewable fuels , but a rush to ethanol production will starve poor, hungry population around the world . Americans produce more corn than any time in history . The government has to help those farmers to provide them more income and an opportunity to improve their quality of life . Another expert says that we are not starving people to death if we use ethanol . It is not true that by increasing corn prices , food prices will be increased . Corn prices do not affect food prices as much as gas .Gas affect food prices more than corn does . Corn prices has gone down . but food up . The expert says that the government does not need to support the farmers , because they make money from the corn product .
First , oil companies get more money rather than corn farmers who produce ethanol. The editor says that ethanol costs more money to produce than its worth . The expert says that who said that had no real facts to support his attitude . Ethanol gives you 70% more energy than it took to produce . Also , it helps reduce green house gas emission by 30 . It will keep up with its production , we will reduce green house gas emission by up to 90% .
Finally , corn is good for producing gas and ethanol . The government should take a good care of the farmers in order to keep planting corn to produce gas that we need for vehicles and everything .

blog week seven . text response . chapter ten . ( Show us the money )
How can blind people distinguish money ? The Treasure Dependent will determine the best means of making money distinguishable by the blind . They try to use raised ink , modifying the size of certain bills and producing a tactile mark to indicate a bill's denomination . The government tries to solve the blind's problem which most of their problem is that they are employed occupy jobs in the low end of the service sector . The government thinks of the blind Americans to be truly independent by achieving the success that we need and leaving behind the stigma of federal and state aid , without being able to differentiate between a dollar bill and a fifty .
First , blind people can use credit cards and should not rely on others for help . Money is essential to a person's participation in the society . Its accessibility to blind people should be considered as important as that of wheel chair ramps or Braille in elevator .
Finally , blind people should be stable in all sides of life . They should not be obstacle to financial independence . In doing so , let us also take a significant step toward ameliorating the living conditions of blind Americans , now and for years to come .

blog week 5. ( text response ) Devices enforce silence of cellphones , illegacy . chapter six
The development of cellphone jammers is spread in the United States . All buyers that include owners of cafes and hair salons , theater operators , bus -drivers and commuters on public transportation . The jammers technology works by sending out a radio signals so powerful that phones are overwhelmed and can not communicate with cell towers . IT is illegal to use the jammers in the U S A for several reasons .
First of all , people will be fined up to$ 11.000 for a first offense if they use jammers . Also , its enforcement bureau has prosecuted a handful of American company for distributing the gadgets , and it also pursues their users . An owner of a restaurant said he bought a jammer for $1.000 because he is tired of his employees focusing on their phones rather than customers . He is tired of saying to his employees " put away your phones "
Second , telephone carriers buy cellphones that cost them billions of dollars , and they expect nobody will interfere with their signals . Jammers could be used in a good and useful manners especially in crimes to stop criminals to talk to each other while stealing , but not for interfering in peoples lives or work . We also confined alternative solution to stop any mess at work , but not using jammers . I do not like this .
Finally , I do not like this device as it is not modern way to spy on people . It can beused in detective police , like crimes and other investigation . It is not accepted to use it at work to justify some workers' behaviour .

blog week three .( text response ) . chapter three . ( a new face for school )
Communication is very important in our life . We need such kind of technology to bring us together to talk to people . People start using social net work that bring people together in unique technology - driven ways . People start negotiate sales from everything from video games to car parts on e Bay . Researchers identify " purposeful community " as a critical factor for successful education systems to achieve development for the community and outcomes to individuals .
First of all , researchers wanted to achieve development by increasing graduation rates . They use media centers and textbooks . They work together and agreed on processes which include both articulated and operating principles governing their interaction . These processes ensure the viability of the community and increase the likelihood of meeting shared goals . They believe that together they can make differences .
Second , the use of power of social network brings outcomes to individuals . For example , the use of " Facebook " . You may only view another's profile if you have been " friended " by that person . This promotes a level of privacy with which all users are comfortable . The National School Boards Association revealed that that 96 percent of students with online access spend nearly as much time using social networking technologies as watching television - nine hours each week . Most k -12 school systems have strict rules against all forms of online social networking while at school .
Finally , schools try to get as many benefits as they can by letting their students use the power of social networks . They try to let students use social networks in appropriate way that students can get benefits by using social networks. They try to teach their students how to use them in a right way. I like this article because it discusses the good ways to teach students how to use the social networks in a good manner .
